Michelle PaviaFunctions & Catering Executive Manager
Michelle is experieinced in seamless planning, cosating and execution of high-quality large scale events. Michelle works with planners/co-ordinators to thoroughly plan, implement logistics support and execute delivered catering/events to the highest standards. An ability to handle/plan/execute multiple simultaneous and back to back events.
Francesco De AngeloChef di Cucina, Pizzaiola
Francesco brings extensive experience from his native Reggio Calabria, Italy. Over 15 years managerial chef experience in high volume environments. Franceso is energetic, friendly and enthusiastic. A strong preferential emphasis on local and seasonal produce with experience in menu design and costing for client dietary requirements.
